WHAT IS IT?
It is a form of ‘teaching’ or ‘training’ taken from psychology and psychotherapy which you can learn and apply for your self and understanding you patterns and that of your family/ friends in order to achieve goals that you are unable to see through because of blocks engrained in your past or present stresses.(By learning for your family I cannot guarantee you will see any changes in them if they are not ready, I can only suggest changes for you as you are the person interested in taking the risk of learning)

Ability to understand yourself and your life better and more clearer
Better self esteem and positive outlook
Ability to understand others and less stress related to not understanding why some people are trying to make you miserable and behave in unhelpful ways

HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?
It depends on the individual goal, problem and pace. But sometimes 2 sessions can be enough to learn all about yourself and how to proceed with your goal.
WHO MIGHT BENEFIT FROM THIS?
Someone who is feeling stagnant and bored with their relationship
Someone unable to deal with anger, frustration, stagnation in a relationship
Cannot find a partner or unable to leave an unsuitable partner
Difficulty with children/ parenting
Difficulty with people at work
Someone looking to make a change in their existing relationship(s)
WHO WILL IT MOSTLY SUIT?
Someone who is clearly been thinking , reading, analysing themselves or their past, but not getting answers.
Someone who has had some form of emotional therapy in the past/ currently in one.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM PSYCHOTHERAPY AND COUNSELLING?
It is shorter time commitment and trains you for understanding your life more objectively
It is teaching skills and sharing examples from the coach’s life as well as the clients
It is not dealing with past unresolved pain/ grief
It is about recognising the above but just to understand the present preferred habitual patterns and being conscious of it
It is thus not suitable for someone with long-term childhood issues and no experience of therapy
It is also not for someone with clinical depression or specific mental health issues (such as addictions, eating disorder etc)
SESSIONS
Usually sessions last 1 hour and cost 45 euros. The first sessions is free, where we meet to see if we can work together and how many sessions approximately we may need. You can choose to have a 90 minutes session for 60 euros. It is face-to-face and possible to have telephone follow-up support after 4 sessions for 25euros.
